A summary of the Bangor L.H.C. Junior’s year is as follows:
- Start back and Train: August/September through to March/April
- U9, 11 and U13 Blitz: September, October, November, February, March
- U.H. Indoor Hockey Tournaments: December and January
- U15 League and Cup matches: September to May
- Family Club Day Tournament and BBQ: May
- Summer Term Hockey: April, May, June
